What should the ITV News Channel do to improve?

Yes, but odd isn't it that after 2 years of raising £260m following the sale of non-core assets & then raking in big profits, ITV plc are rumoured to want to invest £170m in acquiring 'Friends Reunited' - surely a non-core asset.

Meanwhile the News Channel limps along, surely they realise, you only get what you pay for. And a bit late to be joining the dotcom revolution isn't it ?
