ITV News - change in ad break structure?

Are there changes in the way ITV News do their commercials?

Yesterday the ITV Evening News had a mid-point commercial break, while tonight there is no break in the 10.30pm bulletin.

I guess this change (if it is regular) would also make commercial sense as the Evening News gets over a million more viewers than at 10.30pm.

Well tonight's 10.30 has a break. I didn't see the Evening News so I don't know what happened on that today.

There was no break on the Evening News tonight, it was back to the norm.
