ITV News Budget 2014

Special ITV News programme on Youtube and on the ITV News website being broadcast live.

Alistair is at the helm and Charlene White is sat beside him sifting through the online comments.

I suspect this will be the only time we'll see Alistair and Charlene at the desk together!

Could be interesting to see how the pair work together!

Quite liked that pairing - Alastair seemed more relaxed than normal saying "If they find out the answer Charlene will post it as quite frankly i've done enough today" and "i've already said thanks to my guests but it says up there i've to say it so i'll say it again as I always do as i'm told".

Very suprised to see that they chose Charlene to do the comments job.

Would Charlene have been a planned placement or the presenter from lunchtimes ITV News London?

Odd to see Alastair sitting on the left, I wonder if that's purely based on where the guests were placed.
It's nice to see them venture out side of TV with news broadcasts.

Really insightful! Especially the Robert Moore segment on the legal highs in the States!

My only niggle is the lackluster music, it needs a bit of punch!
