Can't believe this story is all over the BBC News. You wouldn't usually get tabloid/twitter faux outrage to make the main news. Unless making a mountain out of a mole hill to discredit a rival broadcaster is a new feature. It's not as if BBC News never make mistakes.

They're only allowed 40mins of adverts between 6.00pm and 11pm. By starting at 5.45 they can get an advert into Catchphrase before the restriction kicks in.

Thanks Rob - can't believe it's been gone for a whole decade already - that's twice as long as it was on the air! I have to say I do still miss it - particularly during its ITN News Channel phase. From a presentation point of view, I think when it launched it had some of the best presentation on air at the time.
