ITV1 have an extended ITV News to see in 2010 on New Years Eve.

So one of the main 5 will present on New Years Eve. I wonder if that will be the case during most of the Christmas holidays.

I like Katie and Julie paired together it's a nice change .Although I must admit I'm getting hacked off that Geraint Vincent isn't about he's such a hottie.

Katie should have been presenting london tonight, and instead of nina presenting london tonight, she should have been presenting itv news at 6:30

So the Take that & Elton John type shows aren't continuing - it's a shame , they were a welcome alternative.

I thought they'd show a marple repeat or somethink this year.

I do like Alastair Stewart - ITV News seem to be using him as the "main" anchor since his move to the EN.

I wonder if it'll be Alastair in London with the fireworks like the BBC? That was the main problem with the Music type shows they didn't show the fireworks - although i expect it to be lower than BBC's version it could rate better the music shows.

Erh no. Katie Derham is one of ITV News's top 5, so logic tells you, Katie was the right choice. Why bring in stand in, when someone who is rated higher by them is available?
