Sorry if this has been mentioned but is it known if ITV News will be at the Olympics for their news bulletins during the games? I'm sure on the night of th opening ceremony they will be live but do they have a studio or whatever? Will all bulletins be broadcast from the Olympic park, the NaT?


ITV News have got a studio next to London Tonights studio on the top of Westfield Stratford's car park.


Ahh right thanks, will all the news bulletins coming from there?

ITN have a very large operation at the Olympic Park!

The 5:30 and 6:30 didn't today, I assume the 1:30 and Ten didn't either, wonder when they will?

I doubt ITV will prioritise it until Thursday/Friday. There are bigger things going on and ITV aren't the 'official Olympics broadcaster' so it isn't really in their interest to make a big deal of it just yet.

Hard to explain, but anyone else getting a sort of green screen effect on the report and live report just there?

Mark Austin ended ITV News at Ten tonight saying the team will be coming from the Olympic Park tomorrow, looking forward to see what their view is direct from the Park itself.

We've been broadcasting from our studio at the Olympic Park for about a month now!
