The new weekend 9.25 bulletin began this morning. Sorry it it's been mentioned before, don't remember seeing it.

It was a nice little addition to have in the schedules, it was pretty worthwhile too. Comprehensive report about the balloon crash, a live link to Westminster and some other stories too. They even had time to throw in some sport.

Yeah I agree it was nice summary and welcomed into the schedules, Faye Barker presented it was she on at 5:30 or is she the lunchtime/London presenter today?
On a pnother note, I wish they would keep the lunchtime bulletin at one length it's scheduled for twenty minutes today and only five minutes tomorrow!

Ali Douglas was the 5:30 presenter. Faye must be on lunchtime ITV News and London Tonight. It makes sense to have the LT presenter also reading the lunchtime news at weekends.

Good. I was just expecting a few token headlines along the lines of BBC1's daytime summaries.
