Well yes, there's about 10 or so tracks missing from the ITV Regions lot.

I take it Channel 4 News didn't go on air at 12pm then? That seems a bit sudden to plan anything, unlike ITV who have an hour and a half to get to another studio.

Indeed, but the ones at Greys Inn Road don't seem to work very well. They've had quite a few power cuts over the past 2 years or so.

yes I haven't watched the lunchtime bulletin in a while but the only difference could be that Nina did not open the bulletin standing before the title sequence.

The lunchtime bulletin never has the standing up sequence at the start.

Wasn't there a power cut before when the News at Ten was still on? I remember something about the broadcast coming from Millbank with Julie Etchingham....
