But you will see her on the national news - her last day is not until Thursday.
And as for Geraint, I don't rate him as a newscaster. Is it me or was he somewhat more jittery than usual while reading the 11:25 news summary? I can't fathom why anyone would consider him a better newscaster than reporter.

He is an excellent newscaster when he has a co-presenter. It used to be brilliant seeing him on-screen with Nina every Friday.
I don't agree. He's not that good at all, with or without a second presenter. Reporting is definitely his forte. One example of a solid presenter in-the-making is Chris Ship, who is rare in that he is both a good reporter and a newscaster - and he's only been reading the news for a year or so.
I would hope tomorrow at 12.15 will be with Al and Katie and hope that they will use a proper title sequence. In the earlier budget this year there was just an opening sequence and the graphics that have been used on today's bulletins look like they could be used as the titles. There will also be a special budget program at 6.30 and news coverage discussions will continue at itv.com/news/live until 7.30
One to look out for tonight folks in Martin Geissler 's bungee jump... hopefully will be "And Finally" and will have a nice bit of banter at the end with Al and Julie

It's not live is it? We don't want another GMTV 'FUC..' moment

Just seen the 2.30am morning update with... 'Alexandra Hill' AKA Alex Hyndman... Have I missed something... She got married I pressume but the revert back to 'Alexandra' change seems odd.

I don't know whether it's because of this, but isn't there an 'Alex Hill' (a male, may I add) working for the Met Office and formerly one of the ITV National Weather forecasters?

Ahh yeah there is, well retired now. Not seen Hyndman or Hill on tv for ages... Pressume that is why she has been getting married.
Nearly spat out my coffee when she said "Good Morning I am Alexandra Hill' Had to rewind it 2 or 3 times!
On Another note, I am pleased to see Andrea Benfield (ITV Wales) doing the odd weekend bulletin, I rate her highly.
