I'd wondered where Lewis Vaughn-Jones had come from - I don't really like reporting style. I place him among a sizable list of newer and more "weak" reporters. Stephen Douglas is particularly irritating with his facial expressions and "...it's storytime, children" voice. That said, there are some great reporters that have joined in the last five or so years - Damon Green is a prime example. He doesn't let lexical fluff cloud the facts/details of a news story. His deadpan delivery of weird "And Finally" reports is also well worth watching.
Lewis Vaughan Jones was a reporter on ITV Wales News - he also occasionally used to present some of the GMTV and weekend bulletins.
