Haven't seen the opening to the ITV News summary - looking at the caps from earlier, do they swoop past the ITV News logo towards the desk.

Does anybpdy have the opening and closing?

Between the Evening News and News at Ten they'd be no less news than ITV had in the evenings ten years ago. Talking of which, it'll be ten years in a couple of weeks since the last ever News at Ten aired.

No swoop - just a wide shot then close up.

On the topic of the Evening News being only 20 minutes long tonight, it did finish at :52 because I remember looking at my watch. However the EN does sometime end at this time, and yesterday it ended at around :55. I think it just depends on the length of the last story.

I think it depends on the placement of the adverts; yesterday there was a relatively lengthy break in the middle of the Evening News whereas today it was less than a minute.

Is it just me or do the 'bongs' on the New at Ten reverberate a bit longer than they used to? I can remember thinking they sounded a bit flat when the programme re-launched, but they sound perfect now.

I don't think shes presented an itv news buletin yet.

Well it makes little difference now compared to last week - I imagine though they'll go for ITV News. Some late bulletins (due to FA Cup replays mainly) have been dubbed The Late News in the listings, but has that branding appeared at all since it was dropped about a year ago?

The EPG guide shows that both Mark and Julie are presenting tonight.
On the mentions of EPG guide, it shows that Romilly Weeks is presenting the Lunchtime News next week.

Romilly is scheduled down for the LN next week. Mary is scheduled down for EN and NaT.I suppose this is bacause Katie and Julie are at home qith there kids on half term. If Romilly is back I hope this ends the ITV News staff shortage.

Anybody have the news summaries, EN advert breaks, and the closing titles of the bulletins (LN and EN) ?

Just ' EPG' is sufficient as the G is an abbreviation for 'guide'. It's therefore as unnecessary as saying 'PIN number'
