ITV News 2013 Rebrand

Notice the endcap was ITV News with a very small "ITN 2013" at the bottom

And the previous 'yellow' ITV theme too. I really like it, very clean and modern. It looks better by not being so dark and grey like the previous look, and indeed as many other news programmes are. It may be an unpopular opinion but I'll be glad to see the back of the bongs, this could just be what ITV News needs to move forward.

The titles look a bit mid-noughties regional news but considering how much of an improvement the rest is, that doesn't seem an issue.

Alistair Stewart hinted on Twitter that the bongs haven't been scrapped.

WOW, from the short summary its looking good. Love the new look and the music is good, cant wait to see a full bulletin. Well done a vast improvement on the old one.

Wasn't sure bit mixing teal and navy is quite inspired.

The titles looks very light, the music seems more familiar than I thought it would be but still good.

Nothing really given away with the graphics from the summary.

Haven't they? I was a bit surprised when I read they had, they are synonymous with ITV News aren't they?

BDA designed the set not the titles. My bad.

I do quite hope the voice of god at the start of the bulletins has not disappeared, although hopefully with a new voice.

Though somehow I can't imagine they'd keep that.
