It seems that John Irvine takes his holiday in Thailand each year!
Bring back the ITV News Channel

Maybe he lives there temporarily. Last year his family went out to Thailand so it's more likely that he stays there while family visit him?

Aren't most, if not all, international correspondents based elsewhere; for instance, Robert Moore is a US resident?

When does the ITV News At 10.30 become the ITV Nightly News?
Is it tonight, or when ITV rebrand, because i assume that the clock will still do 10.30, we probably wont even notice the difference anyway, i dont think anyone has since 1999.

Did anyone else see Mark Austin appear on the ITV Lunchtime News speaking to Nic and Nina about what was coming up on the ITV Evening News and the ITV News at Ten Thirty?

Has this ever happened before?

I meant that they have permanent residence. Juliet Bremner is one I'm unsure of.

Yes, I saw Mark Austin talking to Nick and Nina today on the Lunchtime News. I don't think it's happened before, but I think it may be because today is when Mark officially takes over the News at 10:30.

Well they're all about to be reshuffled anyway - Robert Moore is going to Brussels, and IIRC John Irvine is going to Washington. I think John Ray's heading up the new Beijing bureau. It was all in Private Eye but I can't remember the full details.

Here's some captures of today's ITV Morning News, interesting to see the presentational differences compared with the other bulletins
