ITV Yorkshire have a new looking Transit with that style of logo... I was surprised to see that it appeared to only carry terrestrial antennae, no satellite dish, although I did just see it when it was travelling past

Most of Tyne Tees's branded umbrellas/coats are still from the 98 and 2000 eras.

There's an umbrella with the 'Yorkshire-Tyne Tees' logo on which appears on Calendar from time to time

I noticed that today - on the BBC.

On the 1pm News they were showing a report (can't think what it was - it was in the second half of the programme though) and they had an ITV Calender van in the background.

Katie's on the Evening News tonight. Either Mary or Nina are now sick, or Nina has finally been given a day off.

I had forgotten how good the chemistry was between Katie and Mark on the Evening News. At the end there was an extended closing sequence and you could see Katie burst in to laughter at something Mark had said.

Hmm I wouldn't fall for the that, usually it's just for the camera.

I don't know if they realised they were still on camera, normally by this time they would not be on air, Mark had even started to take his microphone off.

Exactly. Half the time at the end we see Mark Austin walking off the studio anyway, so they can't know they are still on air.

Looks to me that they've done a shift swap, just like anyone else would in a normal job. Mary did Katie's shift yesterday and vica versa today

So who did London Tonight?

I imagine Mary will now be having six weeks off to recover from her extra Lunchtime shift yesterday.

And as I said earlier, it's the Lunchtime News which is letting Katie down. She seemed far more at home on the Evening News bulletin, which actually includes some news!

Tamsin is now back from the Oscars, so she presented London Tonight with Alistair.
