I seen her just dump her papers down at the end as if to say "f**k you"
I blame the hormones
.
I wonder when shes leaving anyway, surely shes ready to drop at practically any minute?

This evening bulletin is awful, tabloid style headlines, a clear bias when interviewing energy representative, more like Fox News. Sensationalism seems to have won over journalistic integrity.

Did anyone just see that complete carcrash of an interview by Mary with some British Gas man?
She was saying exactly what all the viewers are probably thinking but came across as very aggressive and seemed quite annoyed when continuing the report. Shes back on now interviewing him, she has a "I proved you wrong" tone
. Good interview getting to the point and asking what the viewers probably want to know, but not conducted in the best way at all.

They were managing to move away from that but it looks like they've suddenly fell back into that trap ...

I'm not really on about her interrupting him because that would have happened anyway, I'm just on about the tone of her voice and the way the questions were asked. It wasn't very 'ITV'.

I'd hardly call it an 'aggressive' interview. That guy would have just blabbed on for half an hour. Krishnan Guru-Murthy is on channel 4 at the mo interupting him frequently because otherwise he'll just keep spouting his rehearsed speech!

Her tone of voice was ITV? Who else has an "ITV" tone of voice then?
I though she handled the interviewee well. I know I would have called him every name under the sun if I was Mary.

Oh I do agree and something tells me shes with British Gas
I just mean it wasn't the usual ITV style interview, she seemed very forceful to get her point across. No need for the rolling eye smiley at all.

Does anyone have clips or uploads of the weeklong special programmes that were co-presented by Martyn Lewis, Julia Somerville, Gordon Honeycombe, Selina Scott and Anna Ford?
I have been desperately trying to trace those clips / bulletins, but alas have been unable to find them. Any help would be appreciated.
With regard to Steve Scott's commuting, I also find it bizarre how this happens a lot on TV News, when clearly there are other alternatives? Surely the duties on the Lunchtime, Evening and Ten bulletins could be shared a bit more. I recall the days when newscasters would present all three bulletins on a day.
