That's a TV pres fan typo if ever I saw one! I find I do the same thing with 'form' - I always end up typing 'forum' because I spend so much time on here!
On the subject of that advert, surely the official sponsor of ITV National Weather must be a bit annoyed that Topps Tiles are getting a regular spot despite not being the official sponsor?
Am I the only one who remembers the topps tiles one more than the esure, especially as not only do they have a jingle, but because it comes after the esure, the topps tiles rounds up the weather in a way. But the tiles do have the better design for an advert set, it sells the product, it uses the product, and has a catchy tune. In a way sheila's wheels was better than the current esure ones.
Is there a part of the weather sponsership contract that says that the sponsership bumpers must represent the weather in some form, or is it just the personal choice of the company?

Yeah, it's very annoying and surely now after three months or so anyone who wants
titles
would have got them.
They even get the spot when there aren't any other ads scheduled, so we get a 20-second break with just the one ad.
