Nina made use of the virtual studio again - with the fake ITV News studio changing into the graphics for Budget 2008.

I noticed Mary is absent again. She was off for two weeks and back for two days, and then off again.

Yep - though odd that the BUDGET logo and the ITV NEWS LIVE logo don't line up. Presumably the BUDGET logo was only 14:9 safe?

ITV News have just shown a breaking news report with details of Shannon Matthews being found alive.

Just an ITV News promo during Goldenballs. There was a blue aston on screen in place of the yellow one ... It looked much better.

Steve Scott is going to be live in Dewsbury at 6.30. If tonight's Calendar is anything to go by, it is likely to be quite 'lively' in the background on the OB!

Did Steve Scott do the Evening News promo or is he actually reporting on Calendar? Here we had Nina doing the promo on her own.
