ITV still persisting with having their late Saturday bulletin on at the ridiculous time of 11.45pm, with the early bulletin at 5pm.
Both are needlessly in the middle of films when that situation could easily be avoided in both cases by having the news an hour later at teatime and an hour early tonight.
Surely this strategy doesn't pay off for ITV - it pisses off both news and film viewers, and I can't see how it benefits either, unlike in the week when though a film being interrupted by News at Ten might be rather annoying, you can at least see that ITV1 might benefit from having a film begin at 9pm rather than 10.30pm, and similarly from keeping the news at 10pm rather than pushing it back to a later slot after the film.

Yeah but my point was this bulletin was running longer than a summary.
And he is also doing the bulletins this coming weekend according to the Radio Times.
