What a silly thing to say.
They are entitled to sell, or not sell, their products to whoever they choose.

From The Times:
Out of the box
— Bong. Rumours reach me about the return of ITV’s News at Ten later this month. ITV’s “theatre of news” will be abandoned for a new set and a title sequence that the gossips claim is costing Ł250,000 (that would buy an awful lot of reporting). ITN’s aim is to “reclaim Big Ben”, the symbol of the old show. One mad plan, one hopes abandoned, is to locate the bulletin “within” the clock tower itself, cogs and wheels clicking in the background.
— From the sound of it, however, ITV is not counting merely on the dubious authority of Trevor McDonald to restore the programme’s primacy. Yesterday, I could not help but compare the affable but inarticulate “News Knight” to Jeremy Thompson, whose Nelson Mandela: A Personal View aired on Sky News and showed the perspective a truly seasoned (ex-ITN) reporter can bring to the anchorman’s chair.

Completely wrong.
Ever seen a insurance company for men? No. Because the women of the world would go up in complete arms.
Having an insurance company for women is like specific insurance companies for races, nationalities and ages - let alone sexes.

This may be more of a Metropol discussion, but I totally agree. Sheila's Wheels is blatant discrimination.
Say the company received news that black drivers were safer than white drivers. Would they do a separate company for that? Would they hell.
I'll bet you there's an EU ruling on this at some point in the future which will ban this style of discrimination.

No mention of Sheila's Wheels on UTV after the 630pm news last night but that may be because Sheila's Wheels don't operate in NI.
If I recall correctly there was some mention of esure though
ETA Actually it was GoCompare according to this thread
