Logos? Is this in more than one place?

ITV logos in general, from across the network, like ITV Local and so on.

They just look totally rubbish without the bar after the word, in my opinion.

Granada's Tony Morris is doing the national ITV News bulletins today.

God, they must be desperate.

For those who don't know, he is Lucy's co host. They should have brought her back for this weekend if Nina wasn't available. He isn't very good at the national he's a bit wooden.

I actually thought he was very good! Let's give him a chance boys and girls - it must be very daunting and not easy doing it for the first time!

Me too! He can be a bit annoying at times on Granada Reports and when the announcer said it was Tony Morris at lunchtime, my initial reaction was "oh God". However, to my surprise he was pretty good - nothing like his style on GR. He was much more serious and composed and did quite a professional job with a clear delivery. That proves that he is a talented presenter, as he can change his style depending on what he's presenting. On GR, he can get away with it because it is a more relaxed programme than the national news.

I wish ITV would give all of the main regional newsreaders a chance at the weekend. It would be good to rotate round every region. Anyone agree?

That would mean cutting out STV, which is a shame

Tony has just said that The Sunday Edition is tommorow at 9.25. I wonder if this means we will also get an ITV News summary at the start as normal?

Why would that leave out STV? They could use people from every region. Lynda Bryans (UTV) has been on the ITV News a few times only just a couple of years ago.
