Oooooo that looks really nice! How does the persepctive work? Or can't they move the camera on that backdrop?

The camera moves fine on it . The perspectives it gives when it moves is as if it was actually there. Nice to see the hustle and bustle of the newsroom again!

the perspective is slightly out when you look into the newsrooms, I think they are looped videos applied to a flat polygon, which moves with the camera.

I can;t get my head around how that backdrop is now working. Because when the camera was moving in towards Nic Owen you could see more and more of the lower atrium appearing as if you could peer over the news wall edges and touch it.

I wonder how images relating to the news stories will appear on the wall?

It's clever isn't it, i'm really impressed... and as you said, it is like you can peer over the edge. Very impressive

Indeed, that crossed my mind too! I really like that musical remix. Now I've heard the full version, I think it's wonderful. That headline bed is amazing.

Nice opening titles, although the people appearing and walking on the clockface seemed a little weird.

New backdrop is really nice and works a lot better than the one they used to have.

Lower thirds animate nicely onto screen, and again look better than the last lot.

Live Dog is better designed, although the "News" bit disappears on a white background making it look weird.

Shame they are still aren't broadcasting in Widescreen.
