DId Lucy really present the ITV News as she presented the ITV Wales News at six tonight!?

I was wondering that - how the hell did she present the ITV News in London and then go back to Cardiff for Wales Tonight. I know there is 4 hours between the programmes but she'd be cutting it fine!
