I notice Calendar is back in its proper studio, and the lighting has been changed to yellow and blue. Looks exactly the same as it did in the squares era.

Well....that was worth the wait

So...in short...

New Gold headline straps
New Blue and Gold Atrium

But still with...
Teal Titles
Teal straps, content gfx, cso's etc...

Like it or not, the Jan relaunch brought much needed consistency to the housestyle...

and now it's all gone again. Broken within a year...

I agree with Col. Mustard.
The background looks slightly sharper than it used to, but why have they changed it to blue. I can understand wanting to include yellow more as that is actually in the title, and is the colour of the only channel that ITV News now appears on.

The blue looks so much better, they just need a bit stronger blue in the titles. Lets hope regional studios returns to blue and gold.

They have got rid of those lines on the glass, and a proper reflection in the ITV News windows. They have also widened the London view window.

They should have just added a few green lights in their, just too keep it a little conistent.

I too like the blue, a definite improvement IMO.
It would make sense for the teal titles to be updated but I guess that's not a trivial task.

The floor and desk lighting is better too, its not so bland now.

So atrium changes apart from colour:

- Wider Window
- Taller window, no divide
- ITV News windows has the outside reflection that moves with the camera
- Newsroom windows further away
- Lines removed from studio glass
- And the right hand side of the atrium, the structure things above the newsroom windows are now the right way around

The green was a bit insipid. Haven't seen it on a TV yet, but the tweaks look better to me.

Looks very nice and warm - looking at the caps above. Great improvement.. keep it up ITV!

I like the studio, but it is very stupid, having teal name straps, titles, logo, etc...with gold headline straps and a blue studio. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon.

Did the presenters say anything about the slight change studio?

I agree the green was in my opinion a bit too much, what with it being everywhere

It's good they've gone back to blue. Blue has always traditionally been ITV News's colour and they probably only changed it in the first place just for the sake of changing
