It looks like Steve Scott and Lucy Owen have shared the weekend bulletins probabaly due to their regional news committments. I expect they will both be back on their regional bulletins today.

Bill Neely and Nina Hossain on the Evening News tonight. Bill should get the Evening News job on a regular basis, he's a good newscaster.

Yeh I agree Bill is good; clear and authoritive. Nina and Bill paur up well, due to similar height. So has Bill been kicked out of Afghanistan?

Well he was part of the frontline team in Afghanistan, and now that frontline activity as been banned by the MoD, I guess there is no reason for him to now be there.

Yes, Sandy Gall could go back to Afghanistan for ITN, freeing Neely up for newscasting.

The ban has now been lifted though, but ITN don't plan to embed any more reporters until next year.

I think it has something to do with the Government, don't know where I heard that though.
