what happened?

ON STV we got a Black screebn a crackly sound agian it sound like an high picth E,

then the weather titles then "ITV NEWS logo" then STV news

The Doctor
In central we got the ITV1 logo come up and some music in the background. An anouncer also came on and said they could not onect to ITN. Then a menu came up telling us what was coming on tonight. After that it went into Central news.
