Good to see other people notice the differece, thought it was only me. the morning news theme does have a fresher feel to it aswell. The difference matches more with the opening style, i.e cutting to the overhead shot and then zooming in, and the Lunchtime News has more beats, as the clock is swinging to form the squares on the newswall, as it fades to the studio.
it was really good to see katie on the evening news tonight and im glad she seems to be doing the 10.30 more often lately. although i did think it showed how Nina still hasn't really relaxed. she seems very serious all of the time even when i have seen on the nc.

I thought that too, she doesnt seem relaxed at all, although time should improve. Too me, she isnt the same person that I used to see on BBC London., although I know national news needs to be more serious. was starting to like Andrea aswell, hope she returns soon!

When Andrea does the 10.30 she is fantastic, she is much better than when she presents on the nc on her own, not sure why? mayby because its better structured.
Shame she's not covering for Mary though.
