started of crashing into some grainey images with no backing tune or shulie voice over. then shulie came back and then the voice over was out of sink with the pictures. i guess one of their machine had a moment again as it was fine after the pre recorded headlines.

Awful wasn't it! It probably seemed worse as the opening music was missing aswell!

ITV News have continued with some great (exclusive) stories this week.
After landing the News Of The World/The Sun Marine pictures, and live interview with Anthony Walker's mother in Liverpool last night - the lunchtime news had Anthony's girlfriend in the studio talking to Nina Hossain live about the ordeal.
It was quite a moving interview with Nina holding back and letting the girlfriend doing the talking.
Nic Owen spoilt it all by then adding at the end if you want to contact us here at ITV News about racism call The Pulse etc etc where today we are talking about............
Shame as I totally forgot I was actually watching the dumbed down lunchtime news!
