If ITV News Channel were to be pulled from Freeview, I wouldn't be
able
to watch it even if I wanted to! And considering that ITVNC performs best on the Freeview platform, it would seem to be a very bad sign for the future prospects of the channel.

I saw that and couldn’t help but think "tabloid trash". Then that Big Brother thing, my God.
I worry for commercial television in Britain. ITV is supposed to be leading the way being the biggest etc. If that’s the future... "yay".
I usually catch ITV News because it’s a convenient time after college and after work is done but honestly, I'm going to end up waiting another half hour for Channel 4. ITN can do so much better, it’s a shame ITV PLC/News Group (or what ever they like to call them self’s now) is butchering everything.
Indeed. I'm also sure I heard in a report on Iran, the reporter say 'Iran have denied the claims, but then again they would.' Is it his job to pass opinions on that?
And that cannabis interview was just awful. Abridged version:
'Did you take cannabis at uni?'
'Well, everyone did stupid things at uni, and I'm certainly not going to reveal them in the House of Commons'
'I'll take that as a yes then'
