It seems that is why, Mark did the headline sequence (obviouly a while ago) whilst afterwards it cut to James in the studio. No sign of Feicity though...

James Mates has been drafted in as there appears to be another storm hitting New Orleans and the satellite must be having problems!

She was probably only scheduled to the usual 6.45 round-up during the OB... James was probably around for the 10.30?

Yes, that must be correct.

Ooops Bill Neeley had obviously recorded his report thinking that Mark Austin was presenting!!!

His opening line was,"Thanks Mark....." after cutting from James Mates.

PS Felicity doesn't look that relaxed tonight!

Funny that when James introduced Bill Neely's report, he started with "Yes Mark..." and ended by linking back to "him"

Mark's back now, with, as was correctly assumed, another storm.
