That "black presenter" left the nc ages ago, and im shure i once saw Chris on a ITV Update.

Chris did a weekend bulletin a while back. Phil (so I heard) has gone to work in Austrailia for a year. Owen said, Kan(pause)yey West (rolls his eyes).

I'm slightly concerned that Owen doesn't have the gravitas for such a big news story as the Hurricane; he seems a bit flightly and cheery for it...

I disagree with you, 'we_heart_owen_thomas'.... I've seen him do serious stories, he's fine with them. By the way, how come you signed up for an account here at TV Forum on the 12th August, yet your first post was today.. two weeks after?

Oh God! Actually Owen appeared briefly at the beginning of the 1600 shift, but where has he gone now?

She's good - has a very 'news-y' voice - where did they get her from?

She was a freelancer for BBC Radio Five Live and IRN.

IMO She's boring. She may be a good journalist but she fails to ad lib or add any extra cemment.

tbh she's reading news on a news channel, not setting out to entertain. And in any case, people only watch these channels for a few mins at a time, not all day as you seem to be doing.

Isn't she fairly new? She's probably finding her feet - other presenters have been with the channel for an age...
