Now I don't know about you but this really scares me, and if there is some sort of cover-up I'd rather someone found out about it. ITN should really be praised for what their doing rather than running endless features of Jude Laws internet pictures

At about 11.30 today the itv news channel broke into a break to go live to a press conference... i have never seen them do that before.

Also i notice the itn website now has a kind of nc schedule. Its a bit odd as it has a few breaks in it. Nice to see Leyla Deybelge get her own slot!

Its wierd that 4- 6.30 is known as drivetime - its never been referred to as that on air....

yeah, all they've done is state the slots that have been in place for over a year now. And 'Drivetime' is a slightly ridiculous name for a TV programme, I would agree.

They have recently started referring to the 7-10 slot on-air as 'Breakfast', though.

It's because she's covering for Katie Derham on London Tonight.

As well as covering for Lucy Alexander on many London Today bulletins.

I have to agree with some previous posters about how poor nicholas owen has become. When he didn't have a co-host he was great. I think he just likes having the programme to himself. He never used to be very good when he presented with leyla on the nc before they changed the lunchtime news.

Personally I would like to see Leyla moved to national news (i think it's been a long time coming) and I think Jon Nicolson and Katie Ledger should have permanent slots on the channel.

Any news on changes yet?

Katie Ledger is hardly ever on the News Channel.
