It seems that Andrew Harvey is presenting Angela Rippon's programme this weekend.

It seems that the ITV News Channel should have been renamed the ITV Wales News Channel today!

There have been live links to Cardiff for the FA Cup and one with the local news reporter (rather than Tim Ewart), stories on FA Cup final (and build-up), The Lions press conference (in Cardiff) and now Lucy Owen is presenting on the channel. Stuart McTeer has just presented an item on the Eurovision aswell! (Ex-HTV news presenter)

22:40 EDIT : Ian Lang has just reported on policemen in North Wales. Lucy has disappeared for a while now Sad Sad

seems that bbc news can manage better than itv news, even when they're on a strike...

itv nc is currently playing an hour of news from saturday evening...! top story is arsenal winning the fa cup.

Whoops!

Or perhaps it's someone way of showing their solidarity with the strikers...

is it me or has the reversing of graphics on the newswall at the end of the bulletin got faster? On last nights 11.15 on ITV1, they seemed to go quite fast paced, and had finished quite a while before Andrea went off-air.

On the Weekend Late News they often trigger the animation way before the music... do you mean this? I'm not sure about them being faster, but they sometimes start at different positions, therefore taking longer, or shorter...

How sad, they have a virtual BBC Studio.

'This is the BBC News, not on the BBC, but about the BBC.'

That studio looked like it had more effort put into it than the main ITV News Wink .
