Funny moment just now when they put up the wrong source on the newswall and we saw the previous guest leaving the Millbank studio rather than the ITV Wales political correspondent we were promised:

i was suprised that itv did not have a news report or at least a caption on the paul o grady show.

bbc had a news special on bbc 2
itv nothing until 6:30
channel 4 richard and judy crossed to jon snow in the channel 4 studio
channel 5 had their news at 5:30 so did not need a news report

Apparently some regions did their own thing with the breaking news - someone mentioned that it was the lead on Scotland Today.

Andrea Catherwood is expecting twins, it has been announced.

So that's Katie and Andrea. Good job they've got Mary and Nina on board.

Good news for her and for me - I'm not at all keen on Andrea...

I managed to see that and it was very funny, even funnier when the tech guy at Westminster appeared on screen pointing the guest away from the chair.

And thanks to the technology that is the Newswall, Nina didn't notice a thing!

The ITV News Network came from the main studio tonight - presumably the London studio was required for rehearsals for tonight's election programme, and the virtual studio was needed for The Briefing?

Andrea Catherwood appeared on Hell's Kitchen as a celebrity dinner!
