What a great story on ITV News Channel earlier titled, "Bent lampost."

I haven't laughed so much for a while - what a great report and some cartoon sound effects.

Can someone repeat it again today!?

The above post reminds me of a report Damon Green filed over Christmas about some bosses banning "dangerous actions" over the Christmas & New Year work party. It was Damon showing you what has been unofficially banned: dancing on a table. The report ended with Damon and a small party of other people sat on chairs stony-faced!

i think itv news needs a better website as they dont have most of the extra things that bbc news and sky have on their websites.

both the BBC and SKY have bbc/sky news alerts but itv does not.
The BBC also has updates directly to the desktop for the election.
The BBC has lots of video clips of reports and the days programmes.
If there is a major story the bbc show it on the internet.

I remember during the iraq war itv used to show the itv news channel on the internet on the itv news website. why cant they do this now?

I like itv news and watch it everyday at 6:30 and 10:30 and on monday i also watch the lunchtime news at 12:30.

i have downloaded the bbc news ticker which has been createted in the mock thread but it would be good if someone could design a ticker of strap that updates itself automatically for itv news

But both the newsreader and the fast food chain are McDonald, not Macdonald...

Well just to interject with this debate about Burgers and Newscasting, The ITV(N) News Channel appears to have now resumed on Freeview in the Central Region. Apoligses if this has already been mentioned, if so I shall go away and harm oneself. Razz
