Can anyone tell me what nina hossain was like on BBC London news? I feel sorry for her having to read from ITV news's, increasingly tabloid like, sensationalist, sentimental scripts.

Yes, because she was draged, kicking and screaming from BBC London, and is payed the minimum wage. Must be hell Rolling Eyes

sure its a higher profile job with more money, but surely she must wince at some of the drivel she has to say sometimes.

Less animated and as bored as the presenters are looking on BBC LDN now. She comes across as more focused now shes on ITVNC , Mark Austin seems distracted by Nina especially when shes staring at him with those big brown eyes.

I dont feel sorry for her shes made the right move from second or third presenter on local news to a lead anchor on ITV news .
Compared to the other female presenters,I cant see why ITV would let Nightingale or Catherwood take her place now as shes seems to me a much better presenter.

ITVNC seems to have dropped off air in London on DTT (as of approx 1.30pm). Are other platforms affected?

Just a black screen at the moment. Other channels on the ITV mux unaffected/

I wondered what happened - off air on my DTT box too, but no surprise considering I receive from Crystal Palace.

My EyeTV box is now displaying 'no signal', rather than just a black screen, if you see what I mean.

The rest of Mux 2 is now unavailable in London, so it's a wider problem than just the News Channel.

edit - all ITV channels now back on Crystal Palace.

The same thing happened in Wales last week sometime - we lost ITV2 and ITV3 - there was a thread about it but I cant seem to find it anymore!
