How many levels is it, those don't look like the LT or C4 News studios behind... I know C4 News is below LT.

Whilst I was looking through and old tape for clips of old Nightscreen (see Nightime Ratings thread in main forum), the live announcer introduces the news with ".. now at 13 minutes past 2 the latest headlines with Karen" and then the tape cuts to something else.

Karen who?

The name rings a bell for some reason.

Just turned on to ITV1 (18.25), and the news was already on! I thought it was going on air at 18.28 everyday...is it because of the MG Rover crisis?
Also, Marks in the studio, isn't he supposed to be on the road?

Isnt Karen Allen a BBC Sports Correspondent, or something similar?

ok, Marks just said Friday's are a "roundup" of the Ballot Box Jury of that week, so that answers my question.
I thought it was a bit of an unusual show tonight, after every item they seemed to say "other news now" or "some more news".
The 'other news' roundup was followed immediately by the 'main news' roundup, which to my knowledge is quite unusual.

I thought I saw Mark Austin 'out and about' outside a house when he was telling us what was coming up on the ITV News at six thirty yesterday?
