Do we think the ticker was changed to red all those weeks ago, with the election in mind ?

I mean in their graphics set, they now have some blue, yellow and with the ticker, red. That's all 3 main parties colours represented on screen.

Coming tomorrow on ITV News Channel, there will be in-vision sign language and the News At Ten Thirty overnight repeats will be scrapped.

How do you that this will be the case.
I know they did sign language before but it never really took off.
Wonder what they are going to put on instead of the repeats

They already have in-vision signing every Thursday night.

And why would they scrap the 10.30 repeats tomorrow, when there's no 10.30 to repeat anyway?!

Or are you saying that there will be in-vision signing every night, with that signed bulletin repeated overnight?

I know that channels are under an obligation to progressively increase their signed output on DTT.

ITV News Channel took the same coverage as ITV1 until 11:45 then continued by themselves.
It was exactly the same feed but with the date and time in the bottom left hand corner and the ITV news logo in the top right. The ticker and slugs had been removed for the duration.

Does anyone know if their getting a new studio or are they just messing around with the graphics a bit? I can't see them getting a new studio, the current ITN one is perfect...
