Oh my word - that orange background is hideous! Thank God they use the blue normally!

Nicholas Owen going a bit mad just now and some problems with the new orange background when Andrew & Lucy did the paper reviews...

Nick really said something like "We'll be back in a moment for the very latest, so stay here!"

Interesting just now, seeing as Steve was live in Westminster, we actually got to see Felicity moving from the newswall to her seat without any sort of sting and she was still talking... Didn't get any caps though. Sad

Great coverage ITV News had of the Budget - beating Sky and the Dimbleby Drivel on BBC2.
Nicholas Owen and Alastair Stewart seems overworked today than usual, it seems.
And, a mystery: where has John Draper gone?
John Draper has not presented the Morning News since January, and I have only seen him twice seen then reporting for ITV.

I'm surprised Londoner didn't capture this one, but there was a very good cock-up at 3.20pm today, the NC came back of it's break early, and we saw Nicholas Owen rehearsing with no sound, the camera kept moving, and the Newswall kept going to and from Westminster and the reporter appeared to be mouthing something too, neither of them realised they were on, things went back to normal when the theme tune played after 30 seconds of it.

Mmm.... he must have been in the loo - can't imagine he was actually out having a life.
