Here on Tyne Tees, we've had an endboard with 'An ITV Tyne Tees production for ITV1' on a couple of nights, and this evening the programme was live from the Stadium of Light so it was just a closing shot of that.

With the Party Election Broadcast airing at 6.25 how are the regions ending their bulletins
On Calendar it's a bit shoddy, the presenters say goodbye and then it just fades to black and into the ITV1 ident
They don't seem to be able to run to any closing titles

On ITV Wales they always have a proper closing to the bulletin regardless of if there is a Party Election Broadcast or not.

Meridian run the end part of their opening titles (usually reserved for closing at the weekend). Makes a nice change to see the titles animating away instead of the wide shot of Ian and Sangeeta chatting silently for an eternity.
I'm still waiting for the day when they can actually ad-lib up to the very last second. Either that, or the person counting them out is getting their timing wrong!

its a shame that central choose to use "a production for itv1" rather than "an itv central production for itv1" - even before the de-centr-ification that when central south became thames valley whilst still sharing central regional progs.
as to the original question - central west end on a wideshot then weather - then the ident into the party political

Hi folks,
Serious question: how often does this happen?
And now, the headlines from your region...
Hello?
Wake up!!!
Welcome back to ITV News!
This just happened on ITV News (6:30pm) They cut to Meridian's Glen Thompsett, who just sat there, saying nothing for about 30 seconds, then it cut back to the news.
Might be slightly off topic, but all the same, hilarious!

It would just have been a regional switch problem, this has happened to ITV Tyne Tees a few times recently.

Granada has added the same onto theirs recently too, they've also added '(C) ITV Granada 2007' as well which I haven't seen before either.

Calendar have 'Map Images by Microsoft Virtual Earth' listed on the endcap at the end of every bulletin
Is this the case across the other ITV regional news?

Good greif, one of the members of Scooch, we're on North East Tonight, how very cringeworthy it was to see their Euro video entry again.
Very strange announcer at 7:35pm for Out of Town, ''You're watching Tyne Tees, on ITV1''. The lake ident played out, and it was only at the end the anno breifly spoke.
