Five News from ITN

Lucrezia Millarini on tonight's evening updates.

That was a surprise. Appears to have gone freelance as she also presented late ITV News London bulletins on Weds and Thurs.

EDIT: After checking her profile, it appears she's now joined Alexandra Hill and Sangeeta Kandola as ITN freelancers across ITV News/London and 5 News.

Matt just said that Alexander has updates throughout the evening. Presumably he means Alexandra?

New look to the 5 NEWS evening bulletins, presenter now sits at the edge of the desk with the 'screen' showing pictures of the stories being discussed. Didn't catch the ending, as there seemed to be some sort of technical problems.

Hold on, so all that's new is that the presenter sits on the end of the desk?

I don't think that qualifies as a new look. You might as well say that Good Morning Britain had a rebrand this morning!

There is new look presentation to that bulletin, therefore i class it as new.
There is a new logo for the bulletin, sort of.

Nothing too special, but a slight improvement with the evening bulletins.

Weird and awkward angle. Did they do the whole bulletin like that?

It's as if she's facing away from the viewer. Comes across as quite cold.

I misread that at first as 'sits on the edge of the desk', harking back to 1997; it may look better though.
