ITN APP

Just thought I'd share this with you. I've had the beta for a month due to a friend at ITN, and now Apple has approved it and it is available in the Apple App store. Amazing ITN APP for ipod and iphone.

Go try it out, wipes the floor with anything else on offer news wise.

Search for ITN.

It's quite useful actually! Nice and easy to use and plenty of video available. The font is a little boring though!

Any idea why it isn't compatible with the iPod Touch

Works fine for me.

Quite a nifty app all in all, just wish the writing on the headline pages was slightly bigger!

The video selection interface is a bit clumsy, and the text news stories look like there's a stylesheet missing - the Times New Roman doesn't fit well with ITN's house style.

But well done to ITN for launching an app ahead of other mainstream UK news providers.

Whenever I try and download it from the app store it says 'Only compatible with iPhone' and won't let me download

Would that be because you're not using an iPhone?

Duh... I'm just talking about why I can't download it to my iPod Touch

Worked fine for me, though the first time I tried to install it through the App Store on the iPod Touch itself (rather that through my PC) it froze and I had to press the home button, go back onto the App Store and search for it again. It was fine thereafter.

According to iTunes, it's only compatible with the 2nd Gen iPod Touch .

Just checking. I was concerned you were being a ****.
