I think the graphics package was accidentally still in The Film Review mode which would've been recorded just before the 5 began. Graphics also appeared in Film Review format too

Today at five is the standard opening for the five so it appears that no one updated the autocue to take into account the fact world was simulcasting and quite possibly nobody told Jane either.

Looks like World is generating their own chyrons instead of taking a straight feed as that didn’t show up.
By headline strap you mean the vertical logo above the large Reith headlines in the open? Then that appeared on World as well. Does the 5PM newscast still have the negative space 5 in the globe as well? If so a generic open played out on World as well.
