Where has the following faces gone? Hannah, Emma, Charlie, Bob etc.Seems that only Wesley is left.
Bear in mind it is a new programme, coming from a different ITV company, Meridian, rather than Central so a new presentation and reporting team drawn from both Central South and Meridian West has been recruited.
The plan was for Hannah to present with Wes on Fridays and work as a general reporter at other times with her Meridian West counterpart Mary Green covering Mondays to Thursdays.
Emma and Charlie continue to present the weather on Central's West and East news programmes as before. Now they only have to record two reports for each slot. They did not just appear solely on Central South.

Hope this explains,
Rob.
In addition Emma and Charlie do weather for ITV Wales at weekends and b'holidays-- occasionally ITV West's weather too.
I believe that
Thames Valley
uses Merdian's weather team, Martyn Davies et al?

Emma and Charlie occasionally stand in on the ITV Wales weather during the week too but do it every weekend.
ITV West tend to use Dan Downs (from Westcounty Weather I believe) and James Wright (from ITV Wales) as stand in presenters rather than Charlie and Emma.
I believe Meridian Weather is done by Gemma Humphries.

Thanks for that reply. After seeing Hannah tonight (Friday), I thought that she had been exiled into the depths of Oxfordshire with nothing but a wooly hat, muffler and a microphone being aloud into the public for a minute or two. I also thought that Emma had been sent the seashore somewhere to collect sea-weed,and Charlie to some woods to collect fir cones for their weather forecasts.
Merry Xmas

Thames Valley weather seems to be hosted by Simon Parkin (weekdays), and it appears either Martyn Davies or Gemma Humphries from Meridian during weekends or when Simon's absent.
I have to say I'm glad Simon has been given the post with ITV Thames Valley. He did a great job covering for Kate Reeves at ITV Westcountry and I felt sorry for him when Kate returned, with all due respect to her.
I wonder if Central Tonight (West) will
still
be showing the "
north Gloucestershire viewers need to re-tune in order to get their correct ITV regional news, which is The West Tonight
" trailer at about 6:29pm, now that normal weekday schedules are returning?
That it was shown for the whole of CNwest's Herefordshire-welcoming week, was no surpise. But, the fact that it was still surfacing after more than a fortnight (although, admittedly, not necessarily every night by that point) seems surprising. Considering that the retuning information was also havily trailed during CNsouth's final fortnight, north Gloucestershire viewers have now had more than a whole month of reminders. Are there really any north Gloucestershire viewers who haven't got the bloomin' hint by now?
