They'll probably all be ok from the actual storm, AFAIK the big broadcasters are all in large buildings in the middle of Manhattan. I believe that Fox News is in a very sturdy and protected basement. They would all have generators so could keep the back end stuff running if the power goes.
Fox News has a studio in Washington and of course CNN is Atlanta based so it won't affect them anyway. The local affiliate stations outside New York City would be worse affected, but presumably if they're not off air totally they'll just show the network or a sister station. The networks themselves are centred around NY and LA so they've at least that for redundancy
Been watching Fox News's coverage the last couple of days.
They seem to be suggesting it will hit New York sometime after sunrise tomorrow morning their time. Could be very interesting to see how it is handled when it does hit New York - will the stations like Fox News go off air or are they going to try and continue through it?
