Took advantage of the switchable BBC ONE region on the iPlayer and watched the Scottish coverage rather than the England version, thoroughly enjoyed it and was far less factional that I'd have imagined. Civility was maintained throughout. The initial screen failure excepting, decorum and authority was to the fore throughout.

Wasn't it also simulcast on BBC Parliament? Though I suppose the iPlayer stream of BBC One Scotland would have better picture quality.

It was on BBC Parliament again, although the PQ on Freeview wasn't good.
The iPlayer version of BBC One Scotland is up to 720p HD.
Did anyone else see STV's Election Night coverage? It was clearly far lower budget than BBC Scotland, but I was genuinely impressed with it. It felt down to earth and quite enjoyable. Good use of the newsroom set and green room and generally just a nice, fast-paced, informally toned show. BBC Scotland, in contrast, felt like they'd thrown a lot of money at it, but not bothered to really think it through. The most online engagement with BBC Scotland seemed to be when something went wrong!
