The mini-tour Sian has just done has shown you most of the main changes - quite quick but if you go back and freeze frame it you will see one of the new backgrounds for the nationals, as well as an idea of what the screens will be used for during the other bulletins. The titles aren't that different .. I like the idea that they've been put through a *fab* filter
Not sure about the cloudy background. The way it looks like it's made up of lots of squares of cardboard just looks a bit, well...naff I think, it'd be alright if the square effect wasn't there.
So it looks like the London skyline will be the new backdrop for the main BBC News bulletins. From those caps, it looks very nice. Although it also shows the orangey sunrise backdrop, why wasn't that used on Breakfast - it would have been nicer than the blue and the white clouds.
