Amazing she's been there that long, she must be 3rd longest serving behind Dinage and Warman?
I'm not that familiar with her but she doesn't even look old enough to have been there 30 years
To be fair Lucy she hasn’t aged badly at all. Worth noting that the partnership between her and Tony Morris has been on screen for 15 years now. Although I’m sure a lot of us have fond memories of her partnerships between Anthony Wilson and Bob Greaves.

I honestly believe she would work much better with a different co presenter. They would blow NWT out of the water then. As that is just absolutely dire now following the departure of Gordon and Ranvir.
Congratulations Lucy! Certainly a Granada stalwart.

I agree with you entirely there, I thought her best partnership was with Anthony Wilson between 2002 and 2003 (and Granada Upfront, but I’m too young to remember that), such a shame it was a short stint and that he died only a few years later.
Can’t remember the last time I watched North West Tonight, editorially a fine programme but there is no charisma and hasn’t been for a few years now.

This is great. Granada Tonight Weekend, which used to come from the This Morning studio for an hour every Friday. Just a shame it doesn't include the opening theme, which was an adaptation of their regular theme.

They use to do "Granada Reports Weekly" in around 2001 at the weekends. I do agree with the comment about North West Tonight, I have not watched it since Gordon left but I do like Tony Morris on Granada with Lucy.
Was an excellent special tonight. I've said before these specials could easily fill a 30 minute peaktime slot and provide that little bit more local content outside of the news slot, though in all honesty it probably rates higher in the 6pm slot than it would against EastEnders anyway.
I’m not sure how long the titles have been like this for, or whether they’re meant to be part of the upcoming ITV refresh, but it’s the first time I’ve seen them.
