Granada Reports

It is a great shame and another landmark reached in the neverending march to a unified, bland, corporate ITV identity - but wasn't there always something slightly counter-intuitive about having the building you're actually broadcasting from in the back-drop of your studio? I know it's a backdrop and not a window, but it didn't make logical sense on some level.

LWT in-vision continuity did that all the time though!

There's a report coming up about the removal of the sign on Granada reports.

Good to see Elaine Wilcox back on Granada Reports, have missed her

Good to see Sarah Elliot back presenting Granada News. It seems like a few people are now back, Ann O'Connor, Caroline Wareham, Elaine Willcox and now Sarah.

Yer i seen her great news she has been missed and its great to have her back.

Good to see this week them using locked on shots of one presenter far more rather than Tony and Lucy looking awkward on the couch together. Works much better IMO.

Really pleased to see Sarah back, she was treated badly by Granada last year, also pleased to see the other 3 back as well, like the old team back together..
Ann and Elaine are good reporters, as well as filling in when Lucy is away..

Caroline and Ann were only on Maternity Leave but yeah great to see them back. Sarah Elliot may have come back because of Gamal Moving to sky news. Speaking of Lucy when was the last time she was on?.

Lucy was last on last Thursday (11/11). Tony wasn't on either this evening.

Here's probably the reason why Granada viewers have been seeing Emma Jesson on screen a bit more often....

Just seen on the late bulletin that Granada legend Bob Greaves had died.
