Ex-analogue, maybe. But not ex-terrestrial.
Unless ITV is now no longer carried on Digital Terrestrial Television (i.e. Freeview)?!

Good Evening Britain sounds like Nationwide, which was successful in it's day. However from 4-6pm would be such a bad slot for it as a lot of it's potential audience are still at work or on their way home when it would be on. This is particularly an issue in London, both Thames and Carlton moved their local news to as late as they could for this reason

1. Evening starts at 6pm.
2. Why would they risk their excellent 5pm ratings by ousting The Chase from the slot?
Ultimately the chances of such a programme happening is next to nil.
Ok.how about this:
4.00 Tipping Point
5.00 GEB including news
7.00 The Chase
8.00 Soaps
9.00 Drama

I've always liked Kate - although that probably says more about me than it does about her.
But I have to agree that "Good Evening Britain" wouldn't be a good idea. Even if The Chase ended and ITV had trouble replacing it, there would always be the matter of the regional news... and many viewers wouldn't expect any less than 30 minutes.
