TV-am was aimed at the same people wasn't it? And I quite liked that, but I can't stand GMTV. So something has changed in the past few years. (I didn't mind GMTV for its first few years, although it has never been as good as TV-am was in its final years)

GMTV's main problems...

- Too Focused on celebrities
- Little amount of variety in content
- Same format for too long
- Relying on sponsorship and competitions (or used to anyway)

And lastly and probably most importantly...

- The Frizzells...!

TV-am was much better in kids programming an had stronger news output, an better idents and presentation, its a shame that building is now used by MTV idiots, GMTV is just dire in comparison.
